They are ideal for baking- they hold the temperature at a very even heat. Perfect for casseroles, baked pasta, squash and fruit desserts. New Delft is our version of the classic blue and white Dutch Delft pottery. The background is a pure white with blue flowers and a deep cobalt blue edge.
