Black Bird soup and cereal bowl. These bowls measure 7 1/2 inches across and are about 2 3/4 deep. They have a 2 and a half cup capacity.
Black Bird is one of our most popular patterns. The rich, dark brown is the natural color of the clay. The bird and branch are painted in a deep cobalt black and then I use a squeeze bottle with a pen tip to draw the ivory outline. It has a very folkloric feel.

All of our work is lead free and nontoxic. It is safe for eating and cooking. Oven, dishwasher and microwave reheatable (5 minutes or less, be careful when removing as it will be hot). Do not broil.
